Panel size: a height of 2100 mm by a width of 900 mm
Poster boards will accommodate A0 size portrait posters.
Please display your printed poster (within the panel size mentioned above) on the respective poster ID (P##) panel during the entire conference period.
Put up: September 27th at 11:30 am
Remove: October 1st at 2:00 pm
Please interact with participants during the conference, including all poster sessions (which are not assigned a specific time for each poster)
Poster flash talk
Please prepare one slide that summarizes the contents of your poster presentation for a poster flash talk. All poster presenters should show up and present the summary of the poster for the assigned time slot below:
Presentation time: 1 minute per presentation (no Q & A time)
Location: Main conference room (B-202)
Time slot:
September 28th from 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm for posters of P01 – P29
September 30th from 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm for posters of P30 – P57
October 1st from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm for poster of P58 – P85
Deadline for uploading your slide for a poster flash talk:
Friday, 22 September (23:59 Tokyo, Japan)

The slide size should be 16:9.
