• Presentation time slot: 15 minutes (including Q & A time).
  We recommend preparing slides for a 10-minute presentation to secure enough discussion time (5 minutes).
• PCs for oral presentations will be available in the main conference room (B-202). Please upload your presentation data in the presentation room before your session. Connecting your own computer to the projector in the presentation room is also an option. There are HDMI and D-sub (DE-15) connectors available.
• The screen size will be either 4:3 or 16:9 (recommended).
